birthday

my birthday party was great. complete and total chaos, but it was fun! we played twister, tie dyed, we played pretzel which took FOREVER!! but it was fun! and then we played the laughing game. man, i thought it would take forever too but we actually did it! i'm gonna post some REALLY old pictures on here, because we just figured out how to put them on my computer! i'll post some from the party later :)

The Lazy Servant

    This Bible story found in Matthew 25:14-29, is a parable told by Jesus. There was a rich man traveling to a far country. He readily decided to entrust his money with his servants. He gave the first servant ten thousand dollars, to the second he gave four thousand, and to the third two thousand. He gave according to each of their abilities. The first servant ecstatically invested his money in wheat sales, and doubled his profit. The second second servant invested his money in

 the market, and doubled his also. But the third servant was foolish, lazy, and cowardly towards his master so he buried his money. 

    When the master finally returned, the servants prepared to tell him what they had accomplished. The first servant came to him and uttered, "Master, you entrusted me with ten thousand dollars, see, I have gained another ten thousand." The master, a money- loving man, was very pleased, and replied,"You have done excellent with what little I gave you, I will appoint you over much." The second servant came to the master and exclaimed,"You gave me four thousand dollars, and I too have doubled my profit." The master was also very pleased with him, and replied the same. But when the third, lazy, and cowardly servant came forth, and explained that he had buried his two thousand, the master became ferociously angry with him!

    He told the servant,"You lazy and despicable slave! Because of your foolishness, I will take what is yours and give it to the servant with twenty thousand so that he can use it wisely! For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have more than plenty; but from him who is wanting will be taken what he has." Always use what God has given you wisely and he will appoint you over many greater things. God uses the little things in our lives to prepare us for what incredible things he has planned!

this weekend we are going to a handbell festival! yay! get to be with my friends ALL weekend!! pretty much all week cuz i see the pratts mondays, tuesdays, and thursdays so they kinda get tired of us lol jk not really hehe tomorrow night we're going to see oklahoma with mitchell and jessica, and maybe ethan and olivia. yay! i really am excited about that! my friend clint is a senior this year. kinda sad really. well he's gonna be in it so i'm going to see it. and a lot of my other friends form GCHS! bethany, and cathrine, and all those other people from CM! well i'm gonna go eat lunch now so toodles :)

sleepover

we had a great time with amelia! we also found out that our house is no fun if you can't go outside :( we don't have cable, or wii or any off that stuff. all we have is our mac, which is pretty cool but all you can really do is take pictures and watch movies. and amelia LOVES cleaning. i mean, the WHOLE time she was here she was like, what can i clean??? lol well have to go

this summer.

i really don't know what i want to do this summer. well i was plannin on takin lifeguard training, but i'm 1 month to young. :( and i wanted to volunteer at this camp i've been going to since i was like 5 but my mom said that she doesn't want me to do that either! so idk. but i think my mom is going to make me do swimteam. blah. i hate it! i'm like, really slow! and i have to work for my dad too. hopefully we'll get to go to NY in june, so i can finally use my scholarship! i hope i get to see a BWY musical while i'm there. that would be awesome!! :) 

omg! braces and my 100th post

i just realized that i have over 100 post. woo hoo! ok today my mom asked me if i wanted to get braces. u can see from my pictures that i don't really need them, but my bottom teeth are really kind of crooked. feel free to leave a comment of advice of what i should do! i think i'm just gonna get them whitened. thats cheaper, and my mom said they would straighten out after i got my wisdom teeth pulled. blah i hate thinking about it! anyways gtg eat lunch

man i hate it. with a passion! why do we need to lose an hour of sleep?!?! it just seems so pointless. i bet you no one on this whole stinkin planet would ever WANT to lose an hour of sleep! its just crazy. leave a comment, tell me what you think

i'm so excited about my birthday!!! its the 25th, and it seems so far away! i really hope the weather is warm. it would really stink if it was cold. then we couldn't play outside. that would not be cool. well i'm gonna go do something so bye

pirates!

ok so heres an update on whats happening in ballet. this spring we are doing an original ballet (by my dance teacher) called pirates of tortuga. all the music is from the sound tracks of pirates of the carribean 1,2, and 3. its pretty awesome. i'm a girl who lives on the docks, not a pirate because i get to fight with them and stuff. beth is like a rich girl who is supposed to get married to a rich guy but she falls in love with a pirate. taylor is the lead pirate and she gets mad at tino who is the pirate that beth falls in love with because hes her boyfriend. yeah i know, sounds like a crazy soap opera but its fun!

i really don't know what we're gonna do at my birthday party. well we're gonna play twister and eat and stuff but idk what else. its so hard to think of stuff that everyone will like! well i guess i'll go think about it lol bye

well i'm doing this because all i've posted in a long time is pictures. so here's some words!! lol well the girls got 3rd in state for basketball, and they almost beat the top seat!! they were beating them and then the other team got 6 points in the last 3 minutes! how insane is that? well anyway, they played their best and they really tried, so i guess thats all that matters. but they got 3rd! yay! i think they could beat the team who got second, but they never got a chance to play them :( well anyways, i'm gonna go eat breakfast. sooo i'll post later. bye!
